About Mosa

We started Mosa to make cycling joyful for everyone.

Our story

Mosa started in 2021 with a frustration. Josh and Simon wanted to help unclog our cities and clean up the air, and the answer looked obvious: get more people on bikes. Cycling is cheap, healthy and quick to roll out. So why were so few people doing it?

We kept running into the same three hurdles. Too few segregated cycle lanes. Almost nowhere safe to leave a bike. And bike share so expensive to run that it only reaches the biggest cities.

Lanes are a job for planners and public budgets. But the other two hurdles shared one root cause: the dock. Traditional docking systems cost a fortune, need groundworks and mains power, and only work with one kind of bike. That single piece of hardware was holding back both secure parking and shared bikes.

So we set out to design, build and code a new kind of dock. Radically low cost. High security. Self-powered. Fitted to the racks a place already has. Open to any bike. Today that one patented dock runs two services: EveryBikeSecure and EveryoneCycles.

Our mission

More people cycling, more often, for more of their journeys.

Safe parking and easy access to a bike are the two barriers a place can remove itself. Our job is to make removing them cheap, quick and simple.
